Today's Dinner.

I went to Farmer's Market in this morning and to decide making the dinner with fresh vegetables from the market. First dish is Beet and Radish salad. Next dish is vegetable soup, and final dish is grilled chicken with Asparagus. I love going to Farmer's market!!!

Chinese Tea

I went to the Chinese tea place, called "Imperial Tea Court." It was sooo great smell and taste. I had a Imperial Green Tea.  You should try the traditional Chinese Tea. 

Sweet!!!

I went to Japan Center in San Francisco and had the best crepes. There are two crepe shops, but I recommend to go to "Belly Good cafe and Crepes." You should try this place to eat the crepes. They make the crepes look like animal faces. Soooooo Cute!!!!! 

Blue Bottle Coffee

I had a best HOTDOG ever!!!!!!!!!! Coffee is also the BEST!!!!!!!!!! You need to try this Blue Bottle coffee and hotdog!!! You can order the coffee bean online, but you have to go to San Francisco to eat the HOTDOG!!!

Sprinkles Cupcakes

You need to try Sprinkles Cupcakes. I was thinking that it was just a cupcake before tried, but this cupcake was totally different. It is not too sweet and sooooo good. It is hard to explain how delicious they are. So... Just try it, and I know you will love them!!! Find your favorite flavor and Enjoy your cupcake!!!

Blind Sailor

I would like to share the story with you. My physical therapist, Mitsuhiro Iwamoto, is blind, and he is also a sailor. In this year, he joins the sailer team for Transpacific Yacht Race. Transpac is the race across the Pacific Ocean from Los Angeles  to Honolulu, Hawaii and distance will be about 4,121 Km. He is a first blind sailer to join this race. I was very impressed. There is article about him and his race, please check it out.

Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

I went to Farmer's Market and cooked some of dishes with fresh vegetables from the market. Because all vegetable were fresh, I did not use too much things. It was just simple taste using salt and olive oil. Organic food made great taste itself. I really like to go back there and cook new dishes.
