Almond Chocolate Chip Cake!!!




I made Almond Chocolate Chip Cake yesterday. It was not too sweet even though using chocolate. I did not take good picture of them, but hope you can imagine how they look. I want to try making more different sweets. For this cake, almond and chocolate were great match!!!

Yuzu Sake


This is my favorite sake, which is called Yuzu Komachi. It is really smooth to drink and is able to enjoy Yuzu taste. You can get only in Japan...I think. If you have any change, please taste it.

Izutsu Yatsuhashi

I would like to introduce Japanese traditional Kyoto's sweet, is called Yatsuhashi. Izutsu Yatsuhashi, a specialty of Kyoto Izutsu Yatsuhashi is a well-established confectionary of Kyoto. Baked in the shape of a Koto, a traditional musical instrument of Japan, its name comes from Kengyo Yatsuhashi (1614-1685) , a famous Koto composer and performer. It is made from only natural rice flour, cinnamon, sesame, soybean flour and sugar and is, therefore, a healthy confectionary.

Salt House


There are many delicious dishes in this restaurant. You need to try French Fried. It is so good. I also like the size of dish, which is not too big and not too small. Have  a great dinner in Salt House.

Gary Danko

Best french restaurant in San Francisco is Gary Danko. I had a super great time there. Everything was perfect!!!!!!!!!! I really recommend to go there. Thank you, Amy and Ricky.

I made sweet today. I did not cook anything for a long time... need to start cooking again. Also, need to post my blog everyday...I will try. There are three type of cake. Taste was good. My roommate really liked it. I will try to make sweet things...  Love sweet sweet sweet desert.  

This is best strawberry jam !!! You need to try it!!!
