カステラ(Castella)

Hello. I would like to introduce one of my favorite sweet. It calls "castella", which is Japanese sponge cake made of sugar, flour, eggs, and starch syrup, very common at festivals and as a street food. There are many castella shop in Nagasaki, and my favorite is Fukusaya. I had a special one from Fukusaya. OMG...it was so good. It was really delicious!!! I really love it!

Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia

Hello Everyone! Oh My God... I did not update my blog for a long long long time...
I am so sorry...always knew that I should add new post..., but...Sorry...

I went to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia for business trip. It was my first time to go to Malaysia.

It was HOT and Humid... I thought it is interesting city. Because I went there for business, I did not have enough time to go around...just stayed there only One Night!

BUT, I had nice dinner, like local food dinner. One whole street was all food restaurants, and there were really crowded with local people. All restaurants are like stand stores because everybody were eating outside, instead of eating inside. It looked so interesting.

I just stayed there only one night, so I would like to go back there to discover more about Malaysia. One night was not enough to know about the country... need more time...

Rainbow Bread

Hello. It is long time no see...I am so sorry...

I know that I should update blog more often... Yes, I know. I am so sorry.

I could go to Cooking Lesson only one time in this month... OMG!!! I need to go!!!

Will take 2 lessons in this weekend for sure, and am planning to take 2 more class in Feb.

Have more stories I can update on my blog!!!.

Today, I would like to talk about cooking lesson in this month which I took.

I took Rainbow Bread Cooking class!!!

This is my first time to bake bread...

First, I thought it would be difficult, but actually it was easy!!!

There are 3 different tastes. First, red layer is tomato. Second, yellow layer is Pumpkin. Third, white layer is plain. It was really fun to make this bread. It took longer than I thought, but it was really great experience baking bread by myself!!!

I am also surprised at the taste of bread. It was so delicious!!!

It is little bit sweet, and can taste tomato and pumpkin. NO butter when you eat.

They already have taste!!! It was really delicious!!!

I will try to bake bread at home and eat fresh bread in the morning.

It will be really GOOD!!!

New Year of 2011!!!

Hello. How was your New Year Eve and New Year celebration??? Did you have wonderful time for New Year Holidays?

I did not do anything much to celebrate New Year...just spent time with my family.

Had nice family dinner. It was nice!!!

I also went to see New Year Sunrise with my Mom!!!

I woke up at 5 am on Jan 1st, and drove to the Ocean side. It was not too cold...

It was really nice to drive in the early morning.

The Sunrise was really beautiful!!! because it was specially New Year.

After we came back to home, we prepared to eat New Year dishes.

Before noon, we had New Year meals. My mom and I made them.

It was delicious!!!...I thought... I hoped...

Anyway, really Hope everyone has wonderful happy year 0f 2011!!!

I will really try to update mu blog more often!!!
