カステラ(Castella)

Hello. I would like to introduce one of my favorite sweet. It calls "castella", which is Japanese sponge cake made of sugar, flour, eggs, and starch syrup, very common at festivals and as a street food. There are many castella shop in Nagasaki, and my favorite is Fukusaya. I had a special one from Fukusaya. OMG...it was so good. It was really delicious!!! I really love it!

My Favorite PIE Restaurant.

Do you like Pie? It is Sweet Pie. I would like to introduce my favorite Pie restaurant in Japan.

It is called "Quil-Fait-Bon". If you enter the restaurant, there are many kinds of pies in the showcase. It will be really hard to decide which one you want to try to eat... because every pic looks so delicious.
