カステラ(Castella)

Hello. I would like to introduce one of my favorite sweet. It calls "castella", which is Japanese sponge cake made of sugar, flour, eggs, and starch syrup, very common at festivals and as a street food. There are many castella shop in Nagasaki, and my favorite is Fukusaya. I had a special one from Fukusaya. OMG...it was so good. It was really delicious!!! I really love it!

  3. I just saw this at Kinokuniya bookstore cafe in NYC. I know the one you had in Japan was so much better!!
